The session designed to help teams move beyond curiosity and into confident, effective use of AI.
The session combined clear prompting techniques with simple, repeatable frameworks, giving participants a strong foundation for using AI in their day-to-day work. Hands-on exercises and breakout discussions allowed teams to test real ideas, learn from colleagues, and see immediate, practical applications relevant to their roles.

Intro to AI training
We delivered an introductory AI training session for volunteer coordinators at The Flying Seagull Project.
The session was designed to help them reduce admin workload and understand more about the features of different LLMs.
Alongside a clear introduction to AI and prompting fundamentals, we worked collaboratively to design and build a custom GPT, tailored specifically to the needs of volunteer coordination.
