Section Title

You're using AI. But you know you're not getting the most out of it.

Most charity professionals have experimented with AI. They've had some wins. But the results are inconsistent, sometimes brilliant, often underwhelming — and there's no shared approach across the team.

This session is for organisations ready to move from ad hoc experimentation to a genuine, strategic use of AI that saves time, improves quality, and actually stick.
